• Reason / Evidence: Was already ticketed twice for having a vehicle without a plate. Now got ticketed for only having one plate on the vehicle. He said that I "couldnt ticket him for it" because technically he had a plate on the vehicle, but it was on the roof, under the lightbar. I gave him a plate saying that his plate was hidden, he hasn't paid it off in 2 hours.

i was afk and he didnt even try to arrest me im not saying that he should arres me althougth he shouldve he just didnt do anything and just put a demotion file and i dont know if thats a even valid ticket and later when i got on i payed it and not only that he said he was gonna give a ticket for going off-road

As a police officer you should be careful and not break the law and pay your tickets at the same moment if you do break it, if you don't have money or can't pay it then it's still your issue for breaking the law.
If you can't enforce the law and just break it instead I suggest you resign while you can.

No its not, Since you went on a whole rant about it, i asked about it and it was a valid ticket, You cannot hide your license plates on your vehicle.

I wrote it as hidden so you wouldnt attack me more about it like you have in the past.
