Frosty, also known as FrostytheDrunk, frequently switches between SWAT and Bandit, he is a member of the Italian Mafia's Elite branch and has engaged in robberies and resisted arrests in and out of the rank.
He also seems to be using it to gain SWAT cloth sets for when he goes bandit and he can be seen wearing cloth sets in 1 OBS video file.
He also resisted arrest as SWAT. (recorded).
