Player Arrests

Cops shouldn't have to wait 3 hours to arrest a newbie, at most it should be 1.5 hours for the only reason that if they have played for long enough they should already know how to play but also giving them the experience of getting arrested and finding out what is legal and what is illegal.

Yes please one guy had 2.47 hours. and was taunting me to arrest. but i could not do to that rule.

I got false arrested by a new player with 2 hours. Couldn't even arrest him back w ilgx5.

Should be 2hrs bc I’ve seen a lot of players before with illegal(s) items and you can’t do nothing since they are still “new” so it should be 2 hrs so it’s in the middle of 1.5 and 3hrs so it not too little and not too much.
