Raid/kidnap's Cooldown command

Hey, Maybe a command with a timer for raiding/kidnapping. like you raid someone at 11AM you can raid someone again at 12AM yeh? but it is highly annoying when you raid at 11:34am or something you don't know when you can raid again so a command to see how long you're cool down is would be very nice.

Example: /RaidCooldown
: /Raidtimer
