The rule currently reads "Upon kidnapping somebody, you MUST accept a ransom. Simply kidnapping somebody and refusing a ransom WILL lead to punishments."
I feel that this is somewhat vague, and a malicious player could argue that if a kidnapper cannot find a player(s) willing to pay their full ransoms they're obligated to accept a smaller amount.
I think the rule should be changed to read "When kidnapping somebody, if the ransom you requested is paid, you MUST accept it, and free the player. Simply kidnapping somebody and refusing a ransom WILL lead to punishments."
