Some things i could say are that in real life, hitmen don't have col-downs.
However this isn't real life so let me explain.
There's currently a 30 minute cool-down, which is entirely too long. within 30 minutes 5 new hits could've shown up and you are being hunted by the hitee.
You have to wait a whole hour to claim 2 hits. people just don't have that type of attention span. As a hitman there's supposed to be action and fear on the streets. however after every hit that's claimed its like a nice little water break for 20 minutes until you have to worry again. i know it already allows clean distanced kos. Not to mention hits are sporadic. you can go weeks getting only 2 hits and then one day getting 15. And then because of the timer you miss out on 9 of those hits cause they logged and left the server. to put it in perspective if you wanted to claim 15 hits it would take 7 and a half hours. that's more time than the average american spends in School alone! . I'm still gonna stand my point on reducing the timer to atleast 20 to 15 minutes like every other roles are. except raiding and arresting.
