So I was playing on 13 as a hitman, and I realized this: finding your targets is super super hard once they realize they have a hit. Most people run and hide somewhere nearly impossible to find. I was thinking, maybe if the hitman had some sort of tracker for his targets that would hint at where the person is, then the hitmen would be more successful at killing targets. Of course, this might be a little overpowered. I believe though that this could be a very useful tool to help hitmen find and kill their targets.
