MVP+ Status

Hello I'm back from a really long "break" I say that in quotations because my computer messed up and deleted everything including my steam account, so I no longer have the MVP+ Membership. I was wondering if my membership could be revoked from my old account and transferred to this one and if there is any think I need to do to prove I had that membership.
