I was on ph 10 rp and I was killed by The Dealer after he blew up my car, and he called a kidnap while I was in the back(car is an APC) and was not face to face. That broke the rules on kidnapping posted by JoshJF, so I ask for a refund but I was refused as no one but Jose saw it and he thought I was the driver when my friend Nathan was. Need an actual staff member to refund me plz.
