Every time I go to join a pandahut server it says that the server has either 22/24 players or 30/32 but when I go to join the server it says it is full. Why is that?

We have 9 baby ducks and a cat. Four ducklings died from starvation and had to be rushed to the hospital, but survived after eating an extremely large number of cookies. To this day, Pandahut has been the leading cause of wiggling.
