Id say a good exchange rate would be about 80k rp to 210k pvp. I've done a trade before for 250k to 100k.

You get a lump some amount, check our homepage. MVP+, 40 usd, gets 1000 bamboo an hour, very small amount unless you're very dedicated. It just helps out a bit.
