To everyone that plays on Roleplay, please beware that the following changes have been made to both RP servers.

• Added the command /prowl for hitmen to check their hit claim cooldown
• Added the command /checkhitman <hitman's name> - Check how long until the specified hitman's cooldown is over
• Added the command /rob assist playername - only works works up to 60 seconds after the robbery is called
  • Rob assist activates the bandit's own /rob cooldown. This was done to prevent bandits from hopping robberies in order to avoid the cooldown.
• A confirurable cooldown to /kidnap was added for Kidnappers - Now set to 5 minutes
• 15% of all kills will result in a state-issued prosecution that awards or increments a 2000 Bamboo hit on a player's head
• Fixed the RP announcements showing steam names as opposed to character names
