If you are Mayor, will you be looking for plans to construct public buildings that new players can build shops and stuff? Triads have already established such a place in Seattle mall- A crime free, Triad insured, public mall for everyone. However, the mall is only able to hold 8 stores. If you are Mayor, I’d like to see more buildings like this, that benefit new players and old ones alike. Mega malls if you will.
Thank you for the question.

I find as though mega malls would be logistically challenging, as many of the players would have to share a steam group in order to defend the mall etc. Also I would worry about the element count as I do not want to lag out the server.

However I am planning on distributing funds by investing into smaller businesses across Tacoma, Seattle and especially Everett. I will also be constructing The Cobra Casino in Everett, which will provide around 5-6 well paying jobs. I will also be creating more businesses using Cobra Enterprises

Overall, I think that smaller stores are better than one big mall but I'm certainly open to ideas.

Although I run a criminal organization, I would like to still be a sponsor/host of public events. I will take no part in your government besides hosting and planning public server events that will be fun and profitable. Would you take me as a event manager/head
This question may be a few days old, but I feel it deserves an answer.

No.

Will startups (newly started shops or business) receive starting cash through mayoral civilian funding application?

Thank you for this great question, ShrewdShroud.

My administration's top concern is job creation. My goal is to create a strong economy which benefits everyone. This is through tax cuts, meaning that businesses can lower their prices as well other fiscal changes. However, I would like to clarify that business funding is not just "Here is some free money, go out there and build a business no strings attached. I expect that these investments get paid back (with very low interest of course). This incentives people to only make businesses which are likely to thrive and as a result, will help the government have more money to lend to other people.

Hope that answers your question!

What plans do you have simply to help benefit the public? Will you create a "safe zone" kind of area?

I wont need to create a safe zone type area because my administration aims to turn all of Washington into a safe zone!
