The RP is lacking, there needs to be a greater punishment for FailRP and rules such as Meta Gaming to be in place, if there was to be more serious rules the staff team would have to be taught all the rules and how to deal with them. In my opinion the RP is to kept to a minimum and should instead be encouraged. For example the role: Lawyer I personally find fun on games such as A3L (Arma 3 Life) but as 1/2 the cop team are new and don't understand RP as it isn't encouraged too much by people they just either shoot criminals or arrest them. I'm aware some people like the server as it is and from this they think my idea is a bad one so just in case @RagnarosPower thinks this is a ok-ish idea to add a more strict RP environment I will be leaving a poll to get other user's opinion!

RP is enforced on all RP servers, those who don't RP get punished, we can't deal with everybody though so obviously they'll always be people who don't follow the rules, and those are punished. Although there's only so much we can do.

But there isn't rules such as Meta Gaming and such, I was suggesting it to be a semi-serious RP instead of casual RP and have more court events and maybe even introduce a DOJ which will work like PD and Police Chiefs but will use Department of Justice and have higher ups in that and only use the 'J Chat' or 'Global Chat' for OOC/ Out of character so you can't say "Oh no I just got robbed" in global so everyone knows. So it would work a little like A3L or partially like the way Gmod does with "/OOC" meaning Out of character.
Just tired of seeing people that don't know a thing about RP.

One main problem is the fact that everyone has guns. Your not going to have the same sort of RP as on other games because people generally aren't just going to give up.

If ARs etc would be illegal and side arms such as pistols were legal and you had to hide you illegal fire arms in towns or something or they could be fined/ confiscated.

I have nothing to counteract that point, we could kill them all off or go back to white listing on #10 or just assure they all know by say a huge announcement.

+1 other mods say that its just gonna add more work and its true but after 1 or 2 weeks or the regulars of the server will know the rules and understand how to RP properly so it wont add anymore work and either way the server needs more RP rules. And rag i understand your point but he means rules like meta gaming should be introduced to enhance peoples RP experiences and stuff like tpa should be removed or have a longer cool down because tbh without tpa there becomes a demand for taxi drivers and escorts . also pople just use excuses to make up a reason that they should not RP but tbh that's all they are excuses any game can be adjusted to a RP no matter what it is as-long as it has a server system and a open world system.
